  1. SIRIOS

  • To retrieve the SIRIOS software logs go in "C:\Users\XXXX\AppData\Local\DWIO\logs".
  • Type " %localappdata%\DWIO\logs " in the Windows explorer window to go directly in the right folder.

  • To retrieve the Scankit logs, you can use the shortcut (ScanKitslogs.Ink) present in the folder %localappdata%\DWIO\logs.
    • FYI: ScanKitslogs.Ink => C:\Users\SIRIOS\AppData\Local\DWIO\IOScans\WorkingDir\log

  1. Virtuo VIVO

  • Go to C:\Users\DWOS\AppData\Local\DWIO\logs      (write %localappdata% to go on C:\Users\DWOS\AppData\Local\)
  • OR
  1. In the VIVO, log as Admin
  2. Open Settings
  3. Click 6 times under System Update

  4. Click on Send Logs. They will be sent to Support Team directly.

    You can inform the support team that you did it if you email them.  


  1. DWOS / CARES

CAD:

    •  Go to D:\Dental-WingsCAD\DWData\release\logs or 
    • D:\Straumann\Cares\DWData\release\logs
    • The logs are also included in the Support Order

Updater : C:\ProgramData\Straumann (or Dental Wings)\Cares Updater\logs =>  %programdata% 


  1. EASYMODE

  • Go to C:\Users\DWOS\AppData\Local\DWEM\logs (write %localappdata% to go on C:\Users\DWOS\AppData\Local\)

OR


  1. Nova

  • CAD:
    • C (or D): ProgramData\Straumann\Cares Visual Easy\Default\logs
    • C (or D): ProgramData\Straumann\Easy\Default\logs
  • Updater:
    • C:\ProgramData\Dental Wings\DWOS Easy Updater\logs => (write %programdata% to go on C:\ProgramData\)
    • C:\ProgramData\Straumann\DWOS Easy Updater\logs => (write %programdata% to go on C:\ProgramData\)

  1. CHAIRSIDE

  • %localappdata%\DWCW\logs
