DWCS - How to Export a Support Order

Available tools since the release Chairside 3.2

The below tool is very helpful - even for BETA TESTER.

The following steps are required to export a project for upload: 

  • Open the "Support Mode" with CTRL+ALT+s

  • Then in the "Cases" click on the corresponding order and select "Export Case"

  • Select Export Support Case

  • Choose Export Folder

  • The windows file explorer should open automatically in the right folder with the zip file highlighted.

  • Send the Zip file to the support

Attention: After saving the file, close the support mode again at the customer, by closing and reopening the CAD station.
