Virtuo VIVO
- Go to C:\Users\DWOS\AppData\Local\DWIO\logs (write %localappdata% to go on C:\Users\DWOS\AppData\Local\)
- Or we can access this folder easily by going to Disk (C:\) , DWIO.Tools, DWOS Support, Data, Logs
- OR
- In the VIVO, log as Admin
- Open Settings
- Click 6 times under System Update
- Click on Send Logs. They will be sent to Support Team directly.
You can inform the support team that you did it if you email them.
DWOS / CARES
CAD:
- Go to D:\Dental-WingsCAD\DWData\release\logs
or - D:\Straumann\Cares\DWData\release\logs
- The logs are also included in the Support Order
Updater : C:\ProgramData\Straumann (or Dental Wings)\Cares Updater\logs => %programdata%
EASYMODE
