The customer received a Bite Splint order from Trios but when importing it is set to a crown order. 

The reason behind this behavior is that there is no BiteSplint on the Straumann Order Template.

And if the case is set without the Straumann Order template as a BiteSplint, Cares Visual will automatically register this order as a crown.

Therefore, the Doctor needs to set the case as Scan Only, and when the case is imported in the inbox, as there is no prescription attached to the order, a window will pop up asking to choose the order type.
