Send a case from NOVA to DWOS/Cares Visual

If you want to send a case from NOVA to DWOS/Cares Visual, Right click on the case and select Send to Model Builder.

Then Confirm with Export to local DWOS client

When it is done, close your Nova and open DWOS/Cares Visual, open the Inbox module, Then Download and Import the case. 

Your case is now in your DWOS/Cares Visual and you can go through scan import and then open the case in design or model builder.
