You don't like that your files are named "1-0-0-0-PAT......." ?
By default, Virtuo Vivo changes the name of the files for confidentiality purposes. But if you prefer to have your patient name when you export your cases, here is how to do it.
Open your settings (1), go to User (2) and change the setting "Patient Data Anonymization"(3) from Anonymous to Identified.
