DWOS/CARES - How to create a Support Order

1 - Enable Support mode

Open CAD Station (1) and press CTRL+ALT+S (2), on the left bottom corner you will see SUPPORT mode ON (3).

2- Export the Support Order

Open Order Management (4), right-click on the order and Export support order (5).

3- Retrieve the Support Order

Usually the folder will pop-up once created. If not you will have to retrieve it in the temporary folder.

   -If you have the Cares(green) version, you will find it in  C:\STMNClientTmp  or  D:\STMNClientTmp

   -If you have the DWOS(blue) version, you will find it in C:\DWClientTmp or D:\DWClientTmp

4- Share the Support Order

Send this file to 2nd Level support.

5- Disable the Support mode

Once it is done, it is really important to disable the Support Mode from the client software. To do so just close the CAD Station it will automatically disable it.

NB: It is only Available since release Cares 12.1.4
