SETTINGS - How to add comments on orders

If you want to add comments to an order, you have to open the order management (1), select the item below the order (2) and click on the + (3) in the comments section.

Once the Annotation box opens, select the add tab (4), write the comment, then select if it is either a remark, a warning or a defect (5), and finish by saving it (6).

Now you can see the comments when you click on your case.
