Virtuo Vivo - Cart : Sounds (speakers) - 1st Level
Context:
When you have a scanner IO Cart that doesn't play sound from the screen.
What to do:
- Switch off the screen (back panel)
- Switch on the screen (back panel) and make sure the sound level is like the one on the following picture:
- Run the fix sound fix script. (it is not mandatory to close the Vivo software or Vivo server when doing this)
- Restart the CART
- Check if the SAMSUNG device is set as default and the sound is not mute or at zero, follow the bellow steps: ATTENTION IF SET TO ZERO YOU NEED TO SET MORE THAN ZERO AND RESTART THE SYSTEM BEFORE TO CONTINUE!
