Sometimes the prosthetics elements are not available according to:
In order to correct that, you must go to the "Settings", "Material Management" :
Go to the proper "Material" (ex:DWOS Ceramic), click on "Elements Available" and check the elements to add in the availability :
Return on "Edit order" open the Prosthesis Subtype, and now the full crown is available :
