NOVA - Straumann Centralized Milling Access

To use the Straumann Centralized Milling workflow, it is mandatory to :

1. have the SAP code manually entered by the customer
2. the delivery address entered into the system
3. have the Straumann Centralized Milling Materials

How to enter the SAP code

Open the Settings and the menu Laboratory and account. Fill the Straumann SAP Registration

What's happen when the SAP code is not registered?

In the Treatment Plan, the customer is not able to select Straumann Centralized Manufacturing as Output format. The button is greyed.

How to enter the delivery address

Open the Settings and the menu Laboratory and account. Fill in the delivery address.

What's happen when the delivery address is not filled?

In the last design step: EXPORT, Send button is greyed, and Delivery address has unknown information

How to add the Straumann Centralized Materials

After the first NOVA installation, only the basic materials are available, you have to perform an update to install all materials corresponding to your license.

What's happen when the Straumann Centralized Materials are missing?

In the Treatment Plan, the Straumann Centralized Manufacturing Output button is missing.

You can confirm the materials are missing by opening Settings and menu Materials.
