NOVA - How to Export a Support Case

The following steps are required to export a project for upload: 

  1. Open the "Support Mode" with CTRL+ALT+S


  2. Open "Cases"
  3. Right-click on the corresponding order and select "Export Case"
  4. Then select "Export Support Case"


  5. and choose the export folder

  7. You find the exported project as a zip file- see the below example. 

  8. Copy the zip file to your computer and send it to 2nd Level Support when required by WeTransfert, FromSmash, or SharePoint.

    Attention: After saving the file, close the support mode at the customer, by clicking on CTRL+ALT+S again
