NOVA - How to Export a Support Case
The following steps are required to export a project for upload:
- Open the "Support Mode" with CTRL+ALT+S

- Open "Cases"

- Right-click on the corresponding order and select "Export Case"

Then select "Export Support Case"

- and choose the export folder

- You find the exported project as a zip file- see the below example.

Copy the zip file to your computer and send it to 2nd Level Support when required by WeTransfert, FromSmash, or SharePoint.
Attention: After saving the file, close the support mode at the customer, by clicking on CTRL+ALT+S again
