Medit - How to manually import an Xorder from Medit link in Cares / DWOS

With the integration between Cares Visual / DWOS and Care Medit Link, the Xorder is normally automatically imported in the CAD software. 

However, in rare case it can happen that nothing happens once the scan is done in Cares Medit Link.
If you encounter the issue, you can follow these steps to force the software to re-detect if an order is waiting to be imported:

1. Open "file Explorer" and go in the folder: "C:\ThirdPartyScanner\CompletedScan"
2. Cut the Xorder file of your order (for ex: COM-XXXXXX-X.xorder)
3. Paste it on the desktop. 
4. Copy / Paste it back on the folder "C:\ThirdPartyScanner\CompletedScan"
5. If DWOS / Cares is open, the scan import application will open automatically and your order will be automatically imported.
