Lab Scanners - Disk Recovery Instructions


A - FOR 7SERIES NG WITH WINDOWS  10 ONLY 

The process to follow is:
1 -  If Windows is booting  run C:\DWOS\Support\dwdiag.bat ( download it if necessary ) :   check "File name extensions" and remove the .txt extention of the file 

2 - if the section "Describe Recovery tests" pass: continue, otherwise the D partition will be recovered ( RMA Under Warranty in this case ) 

3 - apply the recovery procedure described in the prodedure 7Series-Windows-10---Recovery-Instructions.pdf
