Cares Medit Link does not start after order creation
If Cares Medit Link does not start after the creation of the order, please check if the following error is present by clicking on the small bell at the bottom right:
In this case, it is necessary to check the ThirdPartyScanner.XML configuration:
- Go in the CARES/DWOS installation folder (...\Straumann\Cares Visual\DWData\release\localconf)
- Edit the ThirdPartyScanner.XML file
- Change the installation folder of Medit software accordingly to the current installation (here in C:\Program Files\Medit\CARES Medit Link\Medit Link)
- Save the change
- Restart the client
