Virtuo Vivo - Start Client at Windows Start-up

Issue: The Virtuo Vivo software is not starting automatically at the Windows start up.

How to solved:

  • In a Windows explorer (Windows + E)
  • Copy and paste the following: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
    this will bring you in the start up folder where all the programs that start with Windows are.
  • In there you will need to add the shortcut of the Client.bat, located in "C:\Program Files\Dental Wings (or Straumann) Intraoral Scanner\Software\bin".
  • Reboot to check if it works.
