Description: With the new release, we have a script to replace the 0.6mm (0.64mm) tool whenever a client needs to use a 1.0mm bur
As of today, this 0.6mm bur is not YET available in some countries: eg: Brazil
For any complaining customer confirming with us they don't have a 0.6mm (0.64mm) bur, we MUST replace the MODULE WORKS' script for the CAD software to propose the usage of a 1.0mm bur instead of the 0.6mm (0.64mm) one.
How to Solve:
- Close Client and Server
- Retrieve the "3 Old Strategies" .XML files in SharePoint or Google Drive
- Copy them into the following directory: /dwdata/ag.cam/ModulWorks/Scripts
- Restart Client and Server
- ask the customer to retry and check with him if it ok
- Please note this hotfix will be wiped out if you or your client update again their CAD software.
Should this happen though, we will have to connect remotely again to apply the right script.
