Which files to provide to DW Support

The following files are required to help the customer and find a solution as efficiently as possible.

  1. FULL MONITOR SCREENSHOT OF DWOS/CARES NESTING Station
  2. Support Order
  3. the lastest NcCreator folder
  4. Teamviewer Credentials

  • TAKE a Full-Page Screenshot of the Nesting Station TAB

  why?

 A full-page screenshot provides DW Support with all the necessary information needed: milling machine, blanks, materials, and error message.

Follow the steps here to retrieve the Support Order: How to Export a Support Order

NcCreator folder
It gives information regarding the milling strategy.

Where to find the NcCreator file: 

Go to ClientTemp folder
DWOS Software (blue) : D:\DWClientTmp
Cares Visual (green) : D:\STMNClientTmp

Sort the files by date
Retrieve the last NcCreator folder

Example:

  • Teamviewer Credential
    Don't forget that DW support is maybe on another Time Zone.

    So, please ask your customer to let the scanner/computer turned on during the night.
