To erase ALL settings and data ( except the Patients) press "5" on the IO script
BUT ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO DO A BACKUP OF THE DATABASE BEFORE TO RUN THE BELOW SCRIPT (IF CUSTOMER NEEDS THE DATA)
2nd option - Manual script

The second option consists to do it manually without using the script (The below solution will wipe out EVERYTHING within database :
To completely delete the Database of Virtuo Vivo, make sure first to close the server. Then go to the following path:
C:\Program Files\Dental Wings Intraoral Scanner\Software\conf<br>or<br>C:\Program Files\Straumann CARES Intraoral Scanner\Software\conf
Copy the file " Server.xml" and past it in
C:\Program Files\Dental Wings Intraoral Scanner\Software\localconf (create the localconf folder if does not exist)<br>or <br>C:\Program Files\Straumann CARES Intraoral Scanner\Software\localconf (create the localconf folder if does not exist)
Open in notepad++ the file " server.xml".
On line 8, Replace DeleteDB="false" by DeleteDB="true". 
Save the file and launch the Virtuo Vivo software.
It will ask you if you want to delete the database, click yes and it will be done.
Once done, delete the file "server.xml" present in the folder C:\Program Files\Dental Wings Intraoral Scanner\Software\localconf
or C:\Program Files\Straumann CARES Intraoral Scanner\Software\localconf
