Virtuo Vivo - HP ring is not turned on

If the HP ring is not lit / turned on, (It should not be detected in Windows), there are 3 possible reasons for this: 

1. Hp is defective
2. Pod is defective
3. Retrofit defective or not correctly installed - this applies for old VIVO carts ONLY

What to check:

In all cases, test the Hp alone to see if it works. 

Try to plug the Hp in another USB-C port on any device. 

Please note you can test the Hp on some cellphones, but you might need to have the following option -OTG Storage- enabled to make it work.
