What happens to a case when you Archive it, Save and Purge it, Purge it from Order Management

Definitions:

Archive: stays in database, shows up in Order Management ONLY, but we can't work on it, unless you route it back from Order Management, it will then go back to the step it was at before being archived.

Save and Purge: this function saves your case as an ".order" file wherever you want it to be saved, and it is removed from the Database. Note that the order is also removed from the Production Queue as well.

Purge: this function deletes forever the case from the Database and doesn't save it anywhere.
