Go in debug mode ,20 Clicks : to Enable Debug mode or CTRL D + CRTL F1 (please note that debug mode is for Internal use only and this information should not be shared with customers)

while in a scan view of the case you want to check.

Click in "Debug Options" at the right:

The above black ID# is the reference number of the scan files of the case. 

to retrieve those scan files, go to:

C:\Users\DWOS\AppData\Local\DWIO\IOScans  

In this folder look for your reference ID# (to retrieve the scan files ) - see below
