DWOS/CARES - Font Error: ROBOTO

Context: Sometimes end-user may encounter an issue with their Font, some characters may become unreadable ( See Example below) 

How to solve:

To fix this you simply need to delete all Roboto's Font located in C:\windows\font then reboot the computer
