Cares - Fresh Installation

1. Right Click on Start Menu
2. Left Click on «Apps and Features»
3. Browse through your currently installed software until you found «Straumann Cares» , then right click on it and choose «Uninstall» .
4. After uninstallation is complete, please Restart the whole computer.

1. When the computer is fully restarted, download the latest versions of Care Software from the below page:

   browse down to the bottom of this web page and click on the below download button

3. Launch the installer then choose the language in which you want the software to be installed.

4. When asked, click on «Next»
5. Now accept the Terms of the license agreement then click «Next».
6. Choose the correct installation type then click «Next» : 
7. Choose Install Location (except particular case, use the one provided by default), then click «Next».
8. On this new windows simply click «Next».
9. The installation process will begin showing up a new windows that look likes this one.
10. At some point, the installer will ask you if you want to install Team Viewer, since this procedure is a non-conventional way to update the software you should select No, because Team Viewer should already be installed.
11. When the installation is completed, click on Next.
12. The installation is now completed.,

Please Note : You will have to Import back the .LIC files (as shown on the other document) when you will first launch the software after the installation.

Also after the whole process, you will have to contact us to manually installed the region specific materials & abutments.
