How to update correctly a Cares Software
If the end user have access to the internet without firewall limitation

  1. Open Dental Desktop
  2. Click on « Products & Services »
  3. Click on « Update »
  4. When the « Cares Web Updater » windows appear, please choose « Update »

  5. The update process will begin showing up a new window that looks like this one

  6. When the process will be fully completed you will notice « Update success! » within the same window
