Virtuo Vivo - How to add a Shade Guide & Shades
Since each Shade Guide present in DWIO scanner are locked it is not possible to add a Shade within those existing Shade Guide.
However, you can create a new Shade Guide with the desired Shades.
Procedure:
- 1. Log in as an Administrator
- 2. Select the Settings tab
- 3. Select the Shade Guides tab
- 4. Tap on the +
- 5. Add the name of the Shade Guide and tap Add
- 6. Once the shade Guide is created select this one and again tap on the + in the second column
- 7. Add the desired Shade
- 8. Tap Add and repeat the same process to add all the desired Shades within the same Shade Guides.
- 9. Tap Save to save all the modifications.
- 10. Login as a Dentist/User
- 11.Select again Settings and Shade Guides.
- 12.Tap on Reset to Default on the bottom of the screen.
- 13. Shade Guides will then be added. Repeat in each dentist/user account if necessary.
