To save the DB, copy/paste both below file and folder:

C:\Users\"USER"\AppData\Local\DWIO\fileVault

and

C:\Users\"USER"\AppData\Local\DWIO\dentalwings_io.db

As the database is encrypted since software version 1.0.4, you will need to escalate any case related to the database to the Second level Support.

Example, where you need to escalate a case to 2nd Level Support:

When there is a laptop exchange for a client, we will need 1st Level support to grant us access to both the OLD laptop and the NEW one.

Should a client contact you for a regular database back up purpose, just follow the below guideline:

1. Connect to the Admin account
2. Click the Gear Icon
3. Select SYSTEM
4. In Data Management double check or change the Backup location if need be
5. Click backup
