SIRIOS - How to reconnect with the scanner

When using SIRIOS 1.0.1.1966 and your scanner is unresponsive despite pressing the scan button, please follow the next steps if SIRIOS indicates that the scanner is disconnected or cannot be found:

1)  Using a coin, carefully remove the bottom cover of the scanner and take out the battery for a few seconds.

2) Reinsert the battery correctly inside the scanner.

3)   Once the scanner is turned on again, attempt to connect to SIRIOS once more.


If the scanner is still unable to connect, and you cannot locate the serial number of the scanner in the WIFI list:

Please, Press and hold the Scan buttons on both sides simultaneously for 5 seconds to reset the scanner’s channel, then try to connect again.

Note that this issue will be fixed in the next release of SIRIOS 1.0.2
