Sirios - Suggested Scan Technique

Sirios Intra-oral scanner does not require a specific scan technique, nevertheless for begginer user, we suggest the following:

For the Arch scans:

1 -Start on occlusal surface. Use a slight Rock&Roll motion when passing the anterior teeth

2 -Move to the buccal or lingual

3 -Complete your scan with either the buccal or lingual

For the Bite scan, scan 3 to 4 posterior teeth on both sides with 3 to 4mm of gingiva.

1-Start with the first side and once the software has enough data to match the arches, the scanner will stop.

2-Start the handpiece again to scan the second bite key.
