DWOS/CARES - Scan Import - Error: The specified path points to a file that does not exist!

When uploading your scans files, if you are facing the error message "The specified path points to a file that does not exist!" , that means that there is an error with a mandatory* scan file that you are trying to upload.
- If the scan file is located on a server, verify that the access of the server is up and running, if it is still not working, try to copy the files on the local disk like on your desktop for exemple and select them instead.
If you set an order with a wax-up, the wax-up is a mandatory file and there are 2 options here and you need to choose one:
-If there is an existing wax-up file that you want to copy, it needs to be uploaded here.
-If there is no existing wax-up and you want to virtually design it from scratch, the box Full Virtual Wax-up needs to be selected.
* Mandatory scan file: in any case the Arch scan is a mandatory file and depending on the order the Wax-up File can be mandatory.
