If a customer presses by mistake and wants to recover the case to make the design on are soft you must follow the steps below.
If the customer clicks on this button by mistake:
1- Do a “Route Forward” of the order, (it will always be in “Scan” operation):
2- Once the "Route Forward" command has been issued, it will have the operation status "CAD engine":
3- Click again on the order and select “Open Application”:
4- You can then open the "CAD Station" and the order will be there:
The customer can then make their design and send or retrieve their production file.
PS: on the other hand, the order will not be able to go to the Virtual Model Builder station, it will be necessary to export and re-import the order in this case.
